Corrections, disputes and removals for your listing

Every listing here starts from publicly available business information. Scores and review summaries are computed from public Google reviews using one published rubric, applied the same way to every business. Being listed costs nothing, and payment never changes a score or a ranking. This page explains what you can ask us to change, what we can't change, and how to make a request. Fixing factual details

Name, address, phone, website, opening hours and services can be corrected. Send us the correct value along with something we can check it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is applied, it stays in place through future data refreshes.

Disputing a score or summary

Scores are never edited by hand, so a dispute has to point to a problem in the input data. That means the profile was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to your business incorrectly, or a review summary misstates what reviewers wrote. When you raise one of these, we re-check the sources and regenerate the listing. A dispute is not a way to ask for a higher number.

Requesting removal

We remove a listing when the business has permanently closed, when it is a duplicate of another listing, or when it falls outside this directory's scope. Our monthly re-verification also finds closed businesses and removes them without a request. If your business is open and accurately listed and in scope, we may decline a removal request. When we do, we tell you so directly and explain why.

How quickly we respond

We acknowledge every request within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests come with the reason.
